Return & Replacement Policy

At Srishti Digilife and we are committed to making your shopping experience with us as seamless & delightful as possible.

We assure you that all products sold on are brand new and 100% genuine. Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse.

You may initiate a return or exchange online, by phone or Live Chat.



  1.  Fill Out the Online Return Form
  2.  Get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number by filling out the online form found in the My Orders section, or by contacting us by phone or Live Chat.
  3.  Pack Your Item Properly
    Place your item back into the original manufacturer’s packaging. Then place it and your invoice into an outer shipping box. Be sure to pack it properly so your item won’t get damaged.
  4. Ship Your Item with Return Label
    Securely affix your return label to the outside of the shipping package. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost packages.

The same procedure shall be followed in the following instances as well.
Products will not be accept/consider for return or replacement if there is no manufacturer’s packing box.

In case the product you received is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’, our Friendly Returns policy has got you covered.

You can conveniently initiate the return on our Website/Mobile site. We will ensure you get a resolution as quickly as possible. Our Returns policy may vary slightly depending on the product.

  1. Any Product that is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’, purchased from the Website, can be returned to the Company within ……… days of delivery of the same to User by placing a “Return request” by choosing either of the following options:
    • User can send a Return request to our customer support team on ….email id….. from registered email id with reason for Product Return.
  2. The User shall ensure that he/she does not accept the delivery of any Product whose original packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner.
  3. In the event if User, on removing the packaging of the Product, finds the Product is damaged and/or defective and/or is different from the Product that was ordered, User shall immediately intimate the Company through either of the above mentioned options about such damage and/or defect and/ or difference and the Company shall arrange for the replacement of the Product or refund of price of the Product along with shipping charges, if any, collected by the Company in the unlikely event of the Company being unable to replace the damaged and/or defective and/or Not as Described Product. For any Refund or Exchange / Replacement of Product the relevant provisions of Refund and Exchange shall apply as given herein.
  4. In case of Return / Replacement of order after delivery of the Product to User, the Customer shall arrange to dispatch the product to be returned with all its accessories and parts. If the Product included any freebies the same shall also be returned along with the product. User will assist and cooperate fully to return the Product with its manuals, booklets, warranty card, accessories, freebies and packing materials or any other thing which were delivered to User along with the product being returned.
  5. In case any free item delivered to User is found defective then the Company shall arrange the replacement of the Free Item only and the main Product shall not be replaced.
  6. In case of any defect arising after the purchasing of the goods such defects will be serviced by the respective manufacturer/brand in accordance with respective manufacturer’s warranty terms.
  7. For those products that are approved by us for replacement basis user escalation, the Customer shall ensure that the pickup is arranged at the earliest and we will ship the replacement as soon as we receive the item from our courier partner.
  8. Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the In case a Replacement is not available, we will refund the amount for the same.


Refunds shall be considered for those purchases which are not replaceable which are logged in for Damage / Defective / Different only as per the above-mentioned policy.
We can process the refund for replacement, only after the product have been received and verified at our warehouse.

For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking ….or any other specific means like wallet/cash cards………., the refund will be initiated to the same account from which the payment was made within 72 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 5-7 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Account number should be provided in the name of the person who ordered. Others account numbers not accepted. Amount would be transferred to the account that was disclosed at the time of purchase and not to any other account

For orders placed through Gift vouchers, refund would be provided in form of a fresh Gift voucher of the same value and the Expiry date will be the same as in the original gift coupons.

Not eligible for Return & Replacement

The following shall not be applicable for Return, Replacement and Refund.

  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
  • Serial Number is tampered
  • If request is initiated after 30 business days of order delivery
  • Category not eligible for Return & Replacement
  • Gift Vouchers
  • Extended Warranty when purchased as a standalone product.

Limited Liability

Srishti Digilife is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. Srishti Digilife is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. Also, claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 24hours/ 1 business days of receipt of merchandise.

Applicable Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be in Chennai.
