- Srishti Digilife receives online payments through razor pay & CC Avenue payment gateway (credit card, debit card, UPI & Internet banking) only for orders placed through our E-commerce page
- We do not entertain any other modes of payment except Gpay only on specific request (either on request from Srishti or end user)
- Gpay is done only to Srishti Digilife’s business account
- If there are any fake or false claims/communication, Srishti Digilife does not take the responsibility for the same
- Srishti Digilife reserves all the rights to change the clauses at any point in time
Purchaser,by placing an order, makes an offer to purchase pursuant to these terms and conditions, which offer, if accepted by Srishti Digilife, is accepted within India, and purchaser consents to the jurisdiction of the Chennai courts for the limited purpose of dispute arising between the parties resulting from this transaction and agrees that the laws of the Chennai Jurisdiction shall apply.
By opening or using a product purchased from Srishti Digilife, the purchaser agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of sale as set forth below. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of sale, please ship the product back to Srishti Digilife unopened within 5 days of receipt for a full refund (less shipping and handling charges).
Srishti Digilife gives warranties to products based on the warranties provided by manufacturers.
Final determination of suitability of any item sold for the use contemplated by purchaser is the sole responsibility of the purchaser, and seller shall have no responsibility in connection with such determination.
Srishti Digilife will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the sale, non-delivery, use or improper function of any equipment purchased from us. The responsibility, if any is imposed, of Srishti Digilife in regard to any item purchased shall be limited to the monetary value of the merchandise purchased.

Upon order of these items, Srishti Digilife may request verification of educational status (e.g. student ID). Student discounts are valid only to schools within India that are registered with Srishti Digilife.
We do not sell to those who intend to resell products offered through Srishti Digilife including dealers, resellers, exporters, wholesalers, or customers. Srishti Digilife reserves the right to decline or cancel an order at any time.
